We were first time buyers, we asked Michael to help us look in a city he wasn't familiar with. My wife and I didn't know the area that well either. He was able to get us out there and in one day we saw a house in each neighborhood. We chose our favorite neighborhood and continued to look around it. Then one became available with a detached garage, four houses away from a park, in a great school district. A house that checks all the boxes was up for grabs. Pellegrini knew exactly what we needed to do the win the house and we did just that. Greatest acheivment in my life and this man was a key part in it. Mike was also very honest and straight forward with everything. He is fun and very responsive also.
